Welcome to exchange61! My name is Jill and I’m a collector of vintage Pyrex, Fire King, Hazel Atlas and Federal Glass. From this love came the concept of exchange61.com. I’ve been making portrait and hand stamped jewelry for over 8 years, and when a beautiful Pyrex turquoise Scroll Cinderella bowl broke just hours after I bought it, I decided to put my jewelry making skills to work. I thought about the concept of turning something broken into something beautiful and Isaiah 61 came to mind. It speaks of restoration and how beauty can rise from the ashes, so the name “exchange61” seemed just right, finding beauty in the broken! I create these unique items in my workshop just up the hill from historic Route 66 in Marshfield, Missouri.
